Although their customer service has been great, we quickly learned that came at a premium. With our older HVAC system, we also found ourselves continuously faced with high repair bills and never really knew what was actually best for the expected life of our system. When I was introduced to Dave, I was looking for a local business owner that could help us understand how to maximize the life of our system without the pressure of overspending on a system that will eventually need to be replaced. Dave has been responsive, honest and very professional. He replaced our expansion value and rusted out coil (and got us a 5 year warranty at no charge) for less than the big company quoted us just to fix the value.
