Dave came by the same day I called to access the situation. Our system was old and rather than push towards an immediate replacement, he fixed the problem and got us through the summer. He provided us with replacement options and when our 1989 system finally gave up, we immediately called Dave with DB Mechanical. He and his team promptly and professionally installed a new HVAC and furnace, and addressed some duct work issues. His pricing was very reasonable and he and his team was a pleasure to work with. 				Dave was so helpful and prompt when our AC stopped working!  I called in the evening and he came out first thing the following morning.  He was so friendly and kind and even allowed my 4 year old son to follow him around and pester him with questions.  When we needed a part, he offered to contact the manufacturer of our HVAC in case the part was still under warranty.  He got things running ASAP.  Cannot recommend thing company highly enough!

				Dave was extremely responsive and quick to help with our service issue. He came out to our house the next day and performed our service quickly. In addition to fixing our duct issue he went above and beyond and checked out our furnace for performance, all for a great value. Will definitely be calling Dave again!

				Positive: Professionalism , Punctuality , Quality , Responsiveness , Value New Goodman HVAC R/R purchased and installed by Dave Barch in Charlotte area. Dave did a great job with install in a rental house last year so he comes highly recommended. Both units are now covered by Goodman Parts & Labor extended warranty for 10 years.
